Sharpman Vintage is a Richmond, Virginia-based vintage clothing shop founded by Johnny Hugel in the early 2010s, born out of a lifelong love of collecting. After one estate sale too many, Johnny drove home with two full car loads of Brooks Brothers and Oxxford suiting — a lifetime collection from someone's days working at one of Richmond's finest menswear stores. That haul sparked what's now 15+ years of hunting down, collecting, and (occasionally) selling well-made vintage clothing across Richmond and the country.
The thrill is twofold: finding a rare piece, and finding it a new home. Sharpman Vintage carries classic vintage menswear and well-made clothing for everyone — from seasoned collectors who know exactly what they're after, to first-timers just discovering their fashion sense. Every piece is chosen with the belief that great clothes build real confidence.
